The Assumption of the Mother of God was solemnly celebrated in her consecrated Bachkovo cloister with the established all-night vigil in the monastery. Liturgical cycle was led by the abbot of the monastery, arhim.Simon and arches of the Cathedral were wire for
sound by the angelic singing of church formation of the most prominent acolyte of the country. In previously announced program vigil began with Povecherie and Great Vespers, included prayers canon of Holy Mother of God, read by the abbot to Bachkovo monastery in front of the miraculous icon of the Mother of God, and follow Petohlebie and Morning funeral service of Holy Mother. With the end of the liturgy, began the procession with the festive icon and the icon of Virgin Mary's full-bodied shirt, with a real piece of the shirt embedded in it. A solemn prayer for the health and salvation of the Bulgarian people and the passing away of all kinds of disasters was served in front of the monastery gates. St. Liturgy was led by Bishop Jacob, a resident of the monastery, in the cathedral church.

The all-night vigil ended with the traditional blessing of water on the Monastery's yard on the morning of August 15th.
 
Many faithful Orthodox Christians spent the night in the temple of the monastery, participating wholeheartedly in dedicated to Saint Mother worship and the dawn of celebration courtyard is filled with believers who wish to worship the miraculous icon to testify their  respect for our patron and intercessor.
